校医院举行新冠肺炎疫情防控应急演练

        为加(jia)强新(xin)冠肺炎疫情(qing)防控工作,提高(gao)学校(xiao)(xiao)应急(ji)处置能力,确(que)保(bao)广大(da)师(shi)生(sheng)生(sheng)命安全和(he)身体(ti)(ti)健康,为秋(qiu)季学期开学和(he)迎(ying)新(xin)工作做好准备(bei)。8月9日下(xia)午,校(xiao)(xiao)医(yi)院分别在城关校(xiao)(xiao)区(qu)和(he)榆(yu)中校(xiao)(xiao)区(qu)举(ju)行了疫情(qing)防控应急(ji)模拟演练。校(xiao)(xiao)医(yi)院领导班子(zi)成员、全体(ti)(ti)职工和(he)二(er)院医(yi)疗帮扶队员全程参加(jia)、观摩了演练。

 

 

 

        本次应急模拟(ni)演练(lian)分三个假设(she)场景(jing)进行。

        假(jia)设场景一(yi):某(mou)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)午休(xiu)后出现身体(ti)(ti)不适、轻微咳嗽症状前来(lai)校医院就(jiu)诊。在(zai)预检分(fen)诊处,值班护(hu)(hu)士为(wei)其测(ce)量体(ti)(ti)温(wen)为(wei)37.5℃,   随(sui)即安(an)排该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)进(jin)入临(lin)时隔离帐(zhang)篷,值班医生(sheng)详细(xi)登记该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)基本情(qing)况,休(xiu)息10分(fen)钟后用(yong)腋温(wen)计复测(ce)体(ti)(ti)温(wen)为(wei)38.0℃,在(zai)安(an)抚该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)情(qing)绪的(de)过(guo)程中详细(xi)询问了(le)其病(bing)史、经过(guo)查体(ti)(ti)及流行病(bing)学(xue)(xue)调查得知,该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)同学(xue)(xue)有肌肉(rou)酸(suan)痛(tong)和外省返兰(lan)情(qing)况,并再一(yi)次复测(ce)体(ti)(ti)温(wen)为(wei)37.8℃后,立(li)(li)即上报(bao)医务科(ke)疫(yi)情(qing)联络人和主管院领(ling)导,并在(zai)电话告知学(xue)(xue)院辅(fu)导员的(de)同时,安(an)排救护(hu)(hu)车将(jiang)该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)转至(zhi)兰(lan)大(da)一(yi)院发热门诊进(jin)一(yi)步诊治。随(sui)后立(li)(li)即对预检分(fen)诊点、临(lin)时隔离帐(zhang)篷、救护(hu)(hu)车和该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活(huo)动(dong)过(guo)的(de)区(qu)域进(jin)行了(le)彻底消毒。该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)经兰(lan)大(da)一(yi)院发热门诊检查诊断排除新冠(guan)肺炎(yan)后,自行返回校医院,安(an)排其在(zai)留(liu)观病(bing)房留(liu)观治疗。

 

 

 

 

        假(jia)设场景(jing)二:针对(dui)(dui)中(zhong)高风险地(di)区返校(xiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)或健康码(ma)为“黄(huang)码(ma)”需要集中(zhong)隔离(li)(li)的情(qing)况,按(an)如(ru)下(xia)程序(xu)进(jin)行了演练(lian)。校(xiao)医(yi)院医(yi)务(wu)科疫情(qing)联络人(ren)接到(dao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)部(研工(gong)部)或学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院电话,报告某(mou)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院有一名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)从(cong)国内某(mou)中(zhong)风险地(di)区返回到(dao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)且经查验健康码(ma)为“黄(huang)码(ma)”后,医(yi)务(wu)科疫情(qing)联络人(ren)与该(gai)名(ming)(ming)同(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)取得(de)联系并告知其就(jiu)地(di)等待(dai)救(jiu)护(hu)车,后立即安排救(jiu)护(hu)车将该(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)接送至学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)集中(zhong)隔离(li)(li)点(学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)术交(jiao)流中(zhong)心(xin)),同(tong)时通知驻守(shou)在集中(zhong)隔离(li)(li)点的医(yi)护(hu)人(ren)员做好(hao)接待(dai)准备,该(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)入(ru)住集中(zhong)隔离(li)(li)点后,医(yi)护(hu)人(ren)员为其测(ce)温(wen)、验码(ma)、行李消毒,说明隔离(li)(li)、核酸检(jian)测(ce)要求,并对(dui)(dui)其进(jin)行流行病学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)调(diao)查和(he)信息登(deng)记(ji),然后将相(xiang)关情(qing)况反馈给医(yi)务(wu)科疫情(qing)联络人(ren),医(yi)务(wu)科疫情(qing)联络人(ren)及(ji)时将该(gai)名(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)情(qing)况上报属地(di)疫情(qing)联防(fang)联控办公室,并做好(hao)后续核酸检(jian)测(ce)安排。

 

           

     

        假设场景(jing)三(san):隔离(li)留观的(de)(de)某(mou)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)出现核(he)(he)酸(suan)检测(ce)(ce)阳(yang)性。校(xiao)(xiao)医(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)领(ling)导接到(dao)(dao)属(shu)地(di)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)联(lian)(lian)防(fang)联(lian)(lian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)办(ban)(ban)公室电话,通知学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)某(mou)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)核(he)(he)酸(suan)检测(ce)(ce)阳(yang)性时(shi)(shi),主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)领(ling)导与对(dui)方(fang)仔细核(he)(he)实该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)信息、核(he)(he)酸(suan)检测(ce)(ce)次数、使用(yong)试剂盒和(he)复检等情(qing)(qing)(qing)况得到(dao)(dao)确认后(hou),主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)领(ling)导第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)时(shi)(shi)间汇报校(xiao)(xiao)医(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)负责人(ren)(ren),同时(shi)(shi)汇报学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)办(ban)(ban)公室、榆中校(xiao)(xiao)区综合办(ban)(ban)公室和(he)该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)所(suo)在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)负责人(ren)(ren)。校(xiao)(xiao)医(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)立即部署(shu)启动(dong)(dong)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)应急处(chu)置预案,要(yao)求(qiu)全体(ti)人(ren)(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)到(dao)(dao)岗并做好防(fang)护,当(dang)班医(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)护人(ren)(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)及时(shi)(shi)进(jin)入(ru)该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)隔离(li)房间,嘱其做好防(fang)护,稳(wen)定学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)情(qing)(qing)(qing)绪,妥善代管(guan)(guan)(guan)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)品,就地(di)等待(dai)属(shu)地(di)联(lian)(lian)防(fang)联(lian)(lian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)负压救(jiu)护车转(zhuan)运;联(lian)(lian)系保卫处(chu)对(dui)该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)居(ju)住的(de)(de)宿舍(she)楼进(jin)行封(feng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理、限制人(ren)(ren)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)流动(dong)(dong),请求(qiu)第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)医(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和(he)第(di)(di)二医(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)支援全校(xiao)(xiao)师生(sheng)(sheng)员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工核(he)(he)酸(suan)检测(ce)(ce)。立即对(dui)该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)同宿舍(she)同学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)及其他密接者(zhe)进(jin)行核(he)(he)酸(suan)采样送检,并对(dui)该(gai)(gai)名(ming)(ming)(ming)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)宿舍(she)楼及隔离(li)点(dian)进(jin)行彻底消毒,积极配合学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)联(lian)(lian)防(fang)联(lian)(lian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)领(ling)导小组(zu)做好封(feng)校(xiao)(xiao)、停(ting)课、关闭公共场所(suo)、停(ting)止堂(tang)食、禁止一(yi)(yi)切聚集性活动(dong)(dong)、安排全员(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)核(he)(he)酸(suan)检测(ce)(ce)等事宜,并按照属(shu)地(di)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)联(lian)(lian)防(fang)联(lian)(lian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)办(ban)(ban)要(yao)求(qiu),做好密接者(zhe)及次密接者(zhe)的(de)(de)排查和(he)隔离(li)。待(dai)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制后(hou),在属(shu)地(di)疫(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)联(lian)(lian)防(fang)联(lian)(lian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)办(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)指(zhi)导下,逐步恢复校(xiao)(xiao)园(yuan)日常工作(zuo)。
